"UDDIPAN" is an organization registered with the Directorate of Social Services (Registration No: Dha-01914), affiliated with the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA Certificate No: 00123-00848-00003), Registered with Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (Registration No: S-4243(345)/04) and affiliated with PKSF, is inviting applications from Bangladeshi citizens for the position of Executive Director and CEO.
Job Descriptions
* Age At most 55 years
* The candidate must have at least 10 years of practical working experience as a Director/Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer in well-established National/International NGOs, Microfinance Institutions, Government Organization, Banks or Financial Institutions. Age limit will be flexible up to 57 years for highly experienced Candidate.
Salary: Negotiable.
In addition to the monthly Salary, the candidate will be entitled to other allowances and benefits as per the organization`s Human Resource Management Policy and Procedures. These include Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Annual Increment, Two Festival Bonuses, Boishakhi Allowance and access to the Employee Welfare Fund.
