"UDDIPAN" is an organization registered with the Directorate of Social Services (Registration No: Dha-01914), affiliated with the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA Certificate No: 00123-00848-00003), Registered with Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (Registration No: S-4243(345)/04) and affiliated with PKSF, is inviting applications from Bangladeshi citizens for the position Program Officer (Internal Audit)
Responsibilities & Context:
• Ensure compliance with Organizational Audit Policies with a high standard of integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of Vouchers, Collection Sheets, Passbooks and Registers at Branch, Area, Zonal, Regional, and Head Office levels.
• Perform Audits all Programs of UDDIPAN.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable Recommendations.
• Execute Audits in accordance with the approved Annual Audit Plan.
• Willing to learn the use of Software for Audit and Reporting purposes.
Job Descriptions
Education:
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or Business Administration·
Experience:
• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit, NGO
Additional Requirements:
• Age At least 32 years
• Only Male
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit, preferably in the Microfinance Sector.
• Basic understanding of Audit processes and Financial Compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong Analytical, Reporting and Documentation Skills.
• Good Communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
Skills & Expertise:
• Audit Reporting, Internal Audit & Risk Assessment.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
• Salary: Tk. 27915 (Monthly)
• T/A,Provident fund,Tour allowance,Mobile bill,Gratuity
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
